Missed me? ;)
I've been enjoying my time here in Vermont, doing lotsa activities with the kids despite a lot of rain! So, even though I HAVE been yard saling and thrifting, I just have taken the time to take pictures and blog about it!
So I will just start with some of my finds from this past weekend. I say "some" because half of what I bought was brought back home by DH when he left this morning!!
Everything pictured for a total of: 5.25, not bad eh?
2 wall sconces/candle holders: 50¢ Ok, they're plastic, but I dont care! Once painted, they will be quite cute in my bedroom!!
2 brand new Hawaiian bamboo-like frames: 50¢ each (perfect for beachy theme)
Hawaiian wood tray (will look it up, but will most likely cover with beach glass mosaic) 50¢
2 Xmas penguins with 12.99 original price on bottom: 50¢ each
Small bottles, some old some not so much: 10¢ each
2 Homer Laughlin white serving platters: 25¢ for a pair, woot!
1 small oval plate by Iroquois China, Syracuse NY, 25¢
I will try to be better about posting my thrifty finds the rest of the summer... but dont hold your breath, LOL!!!

That my friend is an impressive haul for an even more impressive total. The bottles are fantastic! I can just imagine them as a centerpiece with one simple bloom in each.
